Role Overview: As a Founding Member of the Saudi Pakistani Professionals Community (SPPC), my mission is to bridge connections and foster growth among Pakistani professionals in Saudi Arabia and relevant businesses. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Vision: Co-created the SPPC's vision, strategy, and core principles to enhance collaboration between Pakistani and Saudi professionals and businesses. Community Engagement: Actively engaged with community members to understand their needs, develop programs, and advocate for fair opportunities within premier organizations. Event Coordination: Organized and led various events, webinars, and meetups to facilitate networking and professional development. Training and Development: Implemented training sessions through the platform, offering resources to enhance the skills and competencies of the community members. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Liaised with industry leaders, organizations, and governmental bodies to promote the recognition and utilization of Pakistani talent in Saudi Arabia. Marketing & Communication: Developed and maintained a coherent brand identity, effectively communicating the mission of the SPPC through various channels including the website, social media, and personal networks. Achievements: Successfully fostered a community that supports inclusivity and fair opportunities. Contributed to enhancing the perception and positioning of Pakistani professionals in Saudi Arabia. Played a key role in implementing key portal features including job boards, discussion forums, professional groups, and an events calendar.
